Rooted Wisdom Summer Nature Retreat: A One-Day Rooted Wisdom Gathering for Women

The Rooted Wisdom Summer Retreat is a one-day gathering for women held in my backyard food forest and subterranean greenhouse.
The focus is on enjoying a nourishing day outdoors while connecting with other like-minded women through nature, meaningful conversation, and shared experience.
Together we’ll explore native plants and learn about some of their edible and medicinal uses, as well as practice identifying local birds through their songs. Women will also have the opportunity to harvest greens, herbs, and vegetables from the garden and create their own fresh salads for lunch in the greenhouse.
Throughout the day there will be space for authentic conversation, connection, reflection, and inspiration around creating a fulfilling summer.
