Heather E. Daly, Ph.D.

Nature-Based Empowerment Coach & Group Facilitator

Heather E. Daly, Ph.D. is a nature-based empowerment coach and group facilitator who supports individuals and communities in reconnecting with their inner wisdom, clarifying what matters most, and living with greater alignment, fulfillment, and authenticity.

Her work bridges one-on-one coaching and group facilitation, grounded in over two decades of experience across scientific research, spiritual psychology, education, and experiential learning. Heather holds a doctorate in toxicology from the University of Rochester and brings a strong foundation in systems thinking, pattern recognition, and careful inquiry—skills that deeply inform her ability to listen, reflect, and support meaningful, sustainable change.

Heather earned a master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology from University of Santa Monica, with an emphasis in Consciousness, Health, and Healing, and holds a Soul-Centered Professional Life Coaching Certificate. This training shapes both her individual coaching and her group work, emphasizing compassion, personal responsibility, emotional awareness, and empowerment. Her role—whether with an individual or a group—is not to fix or direct, but to create a supportive container where insight, choice, and self-trust can emerge naturally.

In her one-on-one coaching, Heather partners with clients to cultivate awareness of inner patterns, clarify intentions, and track meaningful movement toward lives that more fully reflect who they are becoming. Sessions are grounded, reflective, and often nature-based, supporting embodiment, presence, and life integration rather than performance or pressure.

In her group facilitation, Heather designs and leads nature-based adventures, seasonal retreats, and community gatherings that foster connection, reflection, and shared growth. She is known for creating groups that feel safe, inclusive, and deeply human—where participants are supported in showing up authentically, listening generously, and learning both from their own experience and from one another. Her facilitation style balances structure and spaciousness, allowing depth to unfold without overwhelm.

Across all of her work, Heather brings a steady presence, clear boundaries, and a strong ethical foundation. She creates environments—whether one-on-one or in community—where people feel seen, respected, and empowered to trust their own inner authority. Her approach is distinct from therapy or counseling; she does not diagnose or treat, but rather supports conscious awareness, choice, and forward movement rooted in lived experience.

Clients and participants often describe Heather as perceptive, grounded, and deeply respectful—someone who can hold both individuals and groups with care, clarity, and integrity.
