❄️ Rooted Wisdom Winter Renewal Retreat (Jan 17): Planting the Seeds of 2026❄️
Event Description
As the natural world rests and renews beneath the winter sky, this is our season to pause, reflect, and root more deeply into what sustains us. The Rooted Wisdom Winter Renewal Retreat offers a day of reflection, connection, and empowerment designed to help you listen inwardly and plant the seeds for a deeply fulfilling 2026.
In winter, much of nature’s growth happens unseen—roots quietly stretching deeper into the soil, drawing nourishment from stillness. In the same way, this retreat invites you to reconnect with your inner ground—your values, your truth, your steady knowing—and to strengthen those roots so your life can grow upward toward the light of what you most long to create.
Through guided reflection, small-group conversations, and heartfelt sharing, we’ll explore what truly matters most—what brings meaning, joy, and authenticity to our lives. Drawing inspiration from research on what people both value and regret most at the end of life, we’ll reflect on how to live NOW with greater alignment, purpose, and love.
Together, we’ll practice mindful communication tools that nurture authentic connection and empower each woman to discover her own truth. These practices—centered in deep listening, honoring one another’s wisdom, and holding space with compassion—help us return to our hearts and build community rooted in respect and mutual growth.
Throughout the day, grounding practices will help you return home to your body and center. The morning includes the Sanctuary Process—a guided inner journey designed to help you connect deeply with your inner guidance and receive intuitive direction for the path ahead.
Weather permitting, we’ll also enjoy a quiet nature walk, attuning to the calm beauty of the winter landscape and its reminder that even in stillness, life is moving and renewal is already underway.
After lunch, we’ll shift into creation—transforming insight into inspired action. You’ll identify one meaningful shift or direction that could most enrich your life and then design a simple month-by-month roadmap to nurture that vision through 2026.
We’ll close the day in community and gratitude—honoring the courage it takes to live from our roots, to follow the light of our own truth, and to grow toward a life that feels aligned, vibrant, and whole.
