Heather Daly is an educator, coach, and wilderness guide who weaves together the worlds of science, psychology, and nature to inspire personal growth and transformation. A lifelong adventurer, Heather has spent decades exploring backcountry trails, canoe routes, and wild landscapes—discovering along the way how time in nature restores balance, deepens awareness, and reawakens inner strength.

As the founder of Rooted Wisdom, Heather leads programs and retreats that invite women to reconnect with their authentic selves through outdoor experiences, reflective practices, and community connection. Her work integrates evidence-based tools from mindfulness, life coaching, and restorative facilitation with the timeless wisdom of the natural world—helping participants cultivate resilience, clarity, and empowerment in their daily lives.
